return to the ground

Digital program
To balance the posture through the feet

Hi, my name is Daniel and I have always been a movement person
At the age of 16 I surprisingly grew 30 cm in 30 days

(due to dietary change)

The growth gave rise to scoliosis in my spine.
And so it turned out that I began to suffer from pain, injuries and limitations in movement.

First my breath was taken away, then the dance and finally the meaning...

I didn't find real solutions to the problem, so I set out on my own journey;

I researched and practiced many methods and approaches to restore balance,

I studied sports therapy, fitness training, mindfulness, psychology and NLP.

Today, 15 years into the journey, I am proud to say that I succeeded!

I overcame the scoliosis, the pain and brought back my balance, laughter and color back to life!

There were some very significant moments in my journey,

One of the biggest was the discovery of the feet,

The understanding of the worst situation they were in...

and their targeted rehabilitation

Changed my life fundamentally from end to end!

"We all have a home,

before the residential address,

before the relationship and before the friends,

Our house is inside.

Deep, stable and quiet.

A home that provides security and meaning,

A house that gives movement and joy,

A house full of love. "

Why online?

I have been treating and training people with pain and posture problems for many years, over time I realized that like me there are many other people who suffer from poor posture and that they are not ready for essential information that can help them improve their life experience from the inside.
I realized that there is not enough time to help everyone who comes in person and it doesn't always work out either.

And so I made a decision to photograph and pack the precious knowledge

That helped me so much and make it accessible in a focused, efficient and simple way to anyone who needs it.

Stability, balance and movement awareness

"I lead myself
Or falling on myself?'

Good posture gives higher movement awareness,

and thus contributes to an optimal balance of body weight (center of mass)

Which will improve balance and reduce the risk of falls and injuries.

The feet are an essential and inseparable part, as they are the first basis for the stability and balance of the whole body.

The digital program includes exercises specially designed to improve movement awareness and balance of the whole body through proper use of the feet.

Release pressure points

"Release your body
And the soul will follow in his footsteps"

Releasing trigger points in the feet can help relieve muscle tension and promote better overall posture.
The muscles of the feet may develop pressure points due to: prolonged standing, repetitive movements, inappropriate footwear and more.

This imbalance can lead to pain, limitations in range of motion and poor posture.
The digital program includes targeted exercises to release important pressure points,

Which will give the feet the time to function properly and the body a stable base to move from.

Training accuracy

and healthy load distribution

"That's not what I do,
this is how i do it
"

Healthy posture is closely related to accuracy in training and effective load distribution in the body. When you focus on the precision of the movement, you recruit the muscles that promote good posture and thus prevent unnecessary loads, imbalance and injuries.
The feet play a crucial role in this context, they are the basis of the whole body and are responsible for carrying the weight during movement and distributing the initial loads in the body.

Accurate training begins with the correct use of the feet, thus ensuring support and stability for the entire body.

In the digital program you will get access to a database of simple and effective exercises that will help in recruiting the postural muscles required for the efficiency and accuracy of movement through the feet.

Thanks to the integration of these exercises in the training routine, the posture will improve and as a result the movement efficiency and the proper distribution of the loads in the rest of the body.

walking, running and dancing

"Footwork is walking,
But their hobby is dancing"

The feet are an essential basis for movement, they absorb shocks and provide stability and balance to the whole body. This stability intensifies movement efficiency, minimizes loads and prevents injuries,

And thus gives the body a free ability to move from a base that can be trusted.
Any movement from the simplest such as walking to long distance running or rhythmic dancing,

relies on and uses the feet as a primary point of contact from which the rest of the body can adjust itself and play in the space according to the will, the goal and the rhythm.

By rehabilitating the feet you can optimize the walking, running and dancing experiences, improve performance and minimize the risk of discomfort or injury.

improvement in sexual function

"Nurture the roots and you will bloom at the top"

There is a significant connection between the feet and the muscles of the pelvic floor, which directly affect sexual function.
The pelvic floor muscles (located at the base of the pelvis) play an essential role in sexual stimulation, orgasms and sexual satisfaction in general.

These muscles support the pelvic and reproductive organs and provide control over urination and bowel movements.

The feet and pelvic floor muscles are connected through a complex network of muscles, tendons and fascia (connective tissue),

Balance and correct use of the feet can optimize the function of the pelvic floor muscles.

A strong and well-functioning pelvic floor can improve sexual sensation, muscle control during intercourse, and contribute to orgasms and the channeling of sexual energy.

By focusing on health and the correct use of the feet, it is possible to influence the function and activation of the pelvic floor muscles, to have a positive effect on sexual function and satisfaction.

A sense of security and ground

"Am I standing on the ground or out of the ground?"

KB_COMP_FEET-FIRST.webp

Healthy posture is closely related to our sense of security and inner grounding.
When our posture is balanced, it creates a deep and strong foundation that allows us to feel more secure in our physical presence.
The health of the feet plays a crucial role in this context, as they are the first base responsible for carrying all of our body weight and providing stability and grounding to the rest of the body. A strong and stable physical foundation translates into a greater sense of security and inner strength.

It is also important to note that the feet are identified with the root chakra (number 1) which is associated with inner security and survival.
In the course we will delve into strength and flexibility exercises of the feet, we will acquire a wider and more stable base to live in and thus we will be able to improve our sense of ground and security through the physical body.
