Hey! I'm Daniel a lifelong athlete.
My life took a dramatic turn at the age of 16 when a sudden 30 cm growth spurt led to scoliosis, pain, injuries, and a decade of physical and mental struggles;
This dramatic change robbed me of my breath, dance, freedom of movement, inner peace and a sense of purpose.
Unable to find solutions, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery: Sports-Therapy, Fitness, Mindfulness, Philosophy & NLP.
Now, 16 years later, I proudly stand as a testament of success!
having conquered scoliosis, pain and rediscovered balance, joy and brought vitality back to my life.

Online Training Programs
Full Body Stability
Enhancing core & posture through a series of expertly designed exercises and routines.
The program will provide a strong & stable foundation for overall posture, fitness and well-being.

The pelvic is the central axis of movement, forming the foundation of the spine's strength & stability. Throughout the program participants will cultivate a robust core, gain a deep movment understanding of the pelvic role in physical health and functionality.
